Will this stuff cure everything?

No, in we do not make any claim as to what it can or cannot help with.

Why does ozonated oil smell the way it does? Is it bad?

Ozonated oil has a distinct smell that some may consider pungent or rancid. This is the smell of ozone and the reaction of ozone in oil. It has not gone bad as far as the intended application for skin health. Once oils are ozonated, they are no longer in the original state and should not be ingested or used in cooking.

Are the oils - and/or organic?

Yes, our oils are all organic.

We strive to only use the best in quality, and evaluate our suppliers for the best and healthiest. Therefore, even in the event of incorrect or misleading on various oils, rest assured that the ozone will eliminate any harmful or undesirable pollutants.

Do you use a pure oxygen feed?

Yes, all of our generators are fed by a pure oxygen feed, which is free of contaminants and nitric oxides.

Is the ozone generator used to produce these oils medical grade?

Yes, our generators are medical grade. In terms of ozone generators, this means that the ozone is produced in and only comes in contact with material, such as glass, or silicone.

Do you use corona process or plasma?

The corona process actually creates the plasma field. The term “plasma” is often used incorrectly with reference to ozone generators. Ozone is only produced by corona discharge or UV. Our process is no-heat, cold corona in a glass tube, which is referred to by some as “cold plasma.”

What is the shelf life? How long is the oil good for?

Studies have shown that ozonated oil maintains potency at room temperature for at least 1 – 2 years, and frozen, for over 10 years.

The oil melted in shipping, is it still good?

It is still good. Melting to a liquid form for a few days will not disrupt the quality at all. Simply refrigerate and the oil will return to a solid state.

Should I keep the oil refrigerated or frozen?

Keep the oil frozen for long-term storage. For frequent use, keep the oil refrigerated or below room temperature. It is ideal to keep the oil cool enough to maintain a solid state and vaseline-like consistency for easy application.

The oil is too hard and difficult to dispense and apply, what should I do?

If you have a jar with a smaller mouth, such as our round jars, you can run a little warm water over the jar and it will begin to liquify rather quickly.

My skin broke out after using this, is this normal?

It does happen to a small percentage of users of this product. As with any skin product that causes a reaction, discontinue use.
